Leaving a Legacy of Love

At Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund, we are deeply grateful for the kindness and compassion of those who help us fulfill our mission—supporting local New England families facing the financial challenges of life-threatening illnesses, diseases, or disabilities. Your generosity connects neighbor to neighbor, friend to friend, and business to business in a caring network that makes a lasting difference.

A bequest is a beautiful way to ensure your legacy of giving continues to touch lives for years to come. Whether you’re creating a new will or updating an existing one, you can easily include Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund through a simple provision or codicil.

You may choose to direct your bequest toward a specific program—such as Annie’s Helping Hands or Angel Pets for Vets—or allow the Trustees of Annie’s Angels to use your gift where it’s needed most. We kindly ask that, if you do restrict your gift, you also include language that permits our Trustees to redirect your bequest should your original intent ever become impractical. This flexibility ensures your generosity always makes the greatest impact possible.

There are many ways to leave a meaningful gift beyond a specific cash donation. You might consider:

  • Naming Annie’s Angels as a beneficiary of marketable securities or a percentage of your estate after other obligations are met.

  • Listing Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund, Inc. as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, pension, or retirement account.

  • Adding Annie’s Angels as a pay-on-death beneficiary to a certificate of deposit or savings account—an option often available at no cost through your bank or HR department.

We encourage you to speak with your attorney or financial advisor to explore which options work best for you. And please know—we’re here to help. Our team is happy to work with you and your advisor to make the process simple and confidential. Your thoughtful planning today ensures that the spirit of kindness and community you’ve shared will continue to lift others tomorrow.
